Tradewinds Business Centre

Bauer & Raether Builders recently entered commercial development with the launch of Tradewinds Business Centre.

This exciting property is one of the last remaining undeveloped pieces of real estate along the beltline in the City of Madison. The development consists of about 30 acres, which is now fully improved and ready for building.

Bauer & Raether Builders' new headquarters are now completed on the property, and they will share the 45,000 square foot facility with Mandli Communications, Mad City Techs, and The State of Wisconsin Metrology Lab.

Marcus Theaters has purchased a section of the development and Sleep Inn & Suites constructed a new hotel on the property in 2009.

Of the 11 original parcels, there are five remaining, which range from 1.88 acres to 2.97 acres.
